Our Story

Across years of travel, from boutique retreats in the Caribbean to wellness resorts in the United States to action-based experiences and safaris in Africa to city-center properties in Europe, the same infrastructure gap appeared every time.

A romance package inquiry made after hours never got answered. A group booking lost because no one could clearly explain the accessibility features or dietary accommodations. A remote worker who chose a less beautiful property simply because it confirmed desk space and wifi speed upfront. A package sale that evaporated because two staff members gave conflicting information.

These weren’t failures of hospitality. The properties themselves were exceptional. The failure was in the communication layer that exists before a guest ever arrives - the questions, the hesitations, the after-hour moments that determine whether a booking happens at all.

Guests choose properties they trust. And that trust starts the moment a guest lands on your website.

Improve your guest communication. Improve their trust. Increase your bookings.

Concierj exists to close the infrastructure gap underneath the personalized hospitality that makes boutique properties so beloved.

About the Founder

Janna Safran holds a Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University with a focus on systems and infrastructure strengthening, using data to understand how global organizations operate, where they break down, and how to fix them.

Having traveled to 20+ countries with a deep interest in user behavior and guest experience, she has experienced firsthand the intentionality that defines boutique hospitality - and the pre-booking infrastructure gap that quietly undermines it.

Concierj is the convergence of those two threads: operational systems thinking applied to an industry she knows deeply and personally.
